Certifications ExplainedAs with everyday products like
chocolate and coffee, there are a number of certifications that can be
attributed to promotional clothing. Some of them may be instantly
recognisable, others less so. We offer WRAP, Fair Wear, Fairtrade, Soil
Association, GOTS and Organic Exchange certifications and have a summary of these organisations on our website.
WRAP
and Fair Wear monitor and inspect the manufacturing processes and the
ethical treatment of the workforce. This ensures, amongst other things,
fair wages, no child labour and no bonded labour. Fairtrade certifies
the cotton itself, thereby helping the growers receive a fair price for
their product. Soil Association, GOTS and Organic Exchange all monitor
and certify the organic production of cotton.

The Big IssuePier32 appeared in The Big Issue magazine last week. In case you missed it, you can see the article on our website.
We are naturally delighted to have an excellent relationship with such a
highly repected and valued organisation as The Big Issue Foundation and
we have promoted events for them in the past using our Blog and our
Twitter account.

our best to help where we can. One of our Directors is joining the
Envision Big Walk next month - a 20 mile hike from Hampton Court Palace
to Battersea Park which goes right past the Pier32 office.
