Winner of 'Energy Saving Product of the Year' at this year's CIBSE Awards

This month we shine the spotlight on the first BSI approved range of high performance chillers using the low GWP refrigerant R1234ze - the TurboChill™ (200kW-1360kW).

TurboChill™ delivers industry-leading energy efficiency with capacity to deliver up to twice as much free-cooling as equivalent thermosiphon products. The addition of low GWP hydro-fluoro olefin (HFO) refrigerant R1234ze makes the TurboChill™ F-Gas compliant and a highly sustainable option, which automatically receives two BREEAM points.

Case study: Chiller logistics

Our design engineers, service and controls experts formed part of a multi-disciplinary team managing a complex chiller design, manufacture and installation project involving two 40-minute helicopter lift operations in central London.

The project called for high performance chiller design combined with meticulous planning to minimise disruption and manage risk during a highly-complex installation.
